Our client faced multiple traffic violations that resulted in an auto accident. A plea of guilty or a finding of guilty would have exposed him to financial damages as a result of the accident. Our client, a military veteran, who is now retired, faced the hardship of excessive financial strain on his pension. Among other things, our client was cited for failing to yield.

As nothing other than a “not guilty” would be satisfactory to our client, the case was set for trial. After multiple witnesses and all evidence was heard, our client was found “not guilty”.
