DESCRIPTION OF CASE:
Our client was accused of propositioning a minor to perform a sex act and showing the minor a sexually related video. The child reported that our client showed a video and requested that the child perform the sexual act shown on the video. Allegations such as these often lead to aggressive police tactics and an immediate conclusion of guilt. Investigators often enter the case with a predetermined mind set that influences their judgement. Our client was bullied and intimidated.
