DESCRIPTION OF CASE:

Our client was accused of propositioning a minor to perform a sex act and showing the minor a sexually related video. The child reported that our client showed a video and requested that the child perform the sexual act shown on the video. Allegations such as these often lead to aggressive police tactics and an immediate conclusion of guilt.
