- Public Indecency (Misdemeanor 1)
Jurisdiction: Montgomery County Common Pleas Court
DESCRIPTION OF CASE:
Our client was accused of propositioning a minor to perform a sex act and showing the minor a sexually related video. The child reported that our client showed a video and requested that the child perform the sexual act shown on the video. Allegations such as these often lead to aggressive police tactics and an immediate conclusion of guilt. Investigators often enter the case with a predetermined mind set that influences their judgement. Our client was bullied and intimidated.
LEGAL REPRESENTATION:
Any sexually related felony charge can result in a lengthy prison sentence and often decades of registering as a sexually oriented offender. As such, our office immediately dug deep into the evidence and realized that there were severe inconsistencies with the investigation. We brought in a nationally renowned forensics expert to review location data, metadata and other digital evidence and and his conclusion and analysis was able to destroy the timeline offered by law enforcement and completely contradicted the minor victim’s story. Police jumped to a conclusion and as a result our law office was able to have all sexually related offenses dismissed.

There are simply not enough stars to leave for Tony and his paralegal, Michelle. I found myself in a very scary and unfortunate situation (not something I had ever been in before), and Tony immediately reached back out to take my case. Michelle was so quick to respond and get answers to my many questions. My case was ultimately dismissed – and I can now move on with my life. I can not thank Tony and his team enough. If you are reading the reviews, trying to decide whether to retain this firm- DO NOT HESITATE!!!
