The client was a twenty-year-old who was riding in the back seat of a car when the vehicle was stopped by police. The officer promptly pulled the defendant out of the car and placed him in the cruiser under arrest.

The court then dismissed the felonies and the clients plead guilty to a misdemeanor charge instead. He was not forced to spend any time in jail, and was thrilled with the outcome of the case.
